Our Policies

Booking policies & CANCELLATIONs

-You would appreciate that our salon staff  follows a schedule, so we expect our clients to book their appointments in advance.

-Appointments shall be cancelled 2 hours before the service time. For all appointments paid in advance and cancelled , we will follow a gracious policy to deduct a min charge of 25% service fees.

-For all appointments that get cancelled we will offer rescheduling and offer a grace booking once, if missed the second time, we will deduct 50% of the service charge.

-Late arrivals will be graciously readjusted; however, you may have to wait for some time.

Payment Policies

-All payments shall be made in cash or by cards.

-Payments made through cards will follow usual banking reversal timeline.

-Although we would have loved to offer credit or installment plans; but we cannot extend any credit and installment facility.

-Payments received in cash will be reversed in cash only.

redo policies

-While we promise to deliver our best, however there might be something that you may not like; as long as we respect each other’s limitations  and agree mutually ; we will be glad to redo the service, however we are under no obligation to consider a redo;

-For nail art and nail gel services, our prime aims is to help your hands look beautiful, however you need to take care of the procedural care;

mutual respect

-Staying humble is first virtue and maintaining polite behavior from our side is a promise; We expect the same from you; we shall not be expecting any misbehavior with our staff; however you will have to right to raise a compliant to the management if there has been anything unpleasant.

data privacy and consent

-We are bound to follow complete data privacy regulations and promise not to share any personal information about our clients outside ;

-Pictures and posts on social media will be used only once we have your consent and we expect our clients also to act responsibly while posting anything on any platform.

-Your reviews and comments are your personal experiences; however you shall be required to not promote or publicize such personal incidents.
